THAT'S what's been winning all these damn awards?!?! And now I realized why I hate that show... I hate whiny "tortured" teenagers... and I'm still 19, so I'm allowed to say that.
The key change just sounded really, really strange... The medley in itself was pretty strange too. Mama Who Bore Me and Bitch of Living sounded great though! Totally F*CKed just kinda brought the entire thing down though...
"Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in awhile, you could miss it."-- Ferris Bueller's Day Off
Spring Awakening, which bored me Spring Awakening, which gave me Violent seizures From hopping all around Spring Awakening, the weeping Spring Awakening, the suff'ring No sleep in my bed But nightmares all night
Actually, watching tonight's performances, I thought Spring Awakening's choreography was so much more exciting than Mary Poppins or Curtains, and I thought so when seeing all three shows also.
Spring's performance served to remind me how much I hate the show.
Raul, who I never really liked until now, had the only performance that gave me chills, leaving me speechless with my mouth hanging open as my parents asked me who he was, what show he was in, and what other shows he'd been in. I couldn't respond for a good 30 seconds.
americanboy: Christine was sick. She was out for GG yesterday for both performances. That's why the STAUCH section was off.
Fantasia is great.
I am a firm believer in serendipity- all the random pieces coming together in one wonderful moment, when suddenly you see what their purpose was all along.
