Audra and Carla were REALLY nice after 110 IN THE SHADE. They both told me that they liked my camera and it looked like a gun, haha.
And the entire cast of XANADU was really nice, but especially Cheyenne (who I lent my Sharpie to, which spawned him to say I am a "fine young gentleman", haha), and Kerry, who we talked about rollerskating with, and if she had any Fanny Brice moments on roller skates, haha. :)
Didnt end up stage-dooring after GREY GARDENS (but I have twice before), or MARY POPPINS, but I dont really care to meet them
Adam Jacobs didn't seem too friendly, but I think he probably was busy and didn't have time to stay and chat. Norm Lewis was especially really kind, which actually made me like his performance a little better in retrospective.
Adam was so sweet when I met him with his wife at The Leading Men II. Met Norm that night and he was very nice...and very funny.
Almost the entire Pirate Queen cast, and Stephanie J. Block has always been a standout. And Beth Leavel would be second behind Stephanie.
The entire original Spelling Bee cast in LA -- especially Jose Llana, Sarah Saltzberg, Derrick Baskin, Celia Keenan-Bolger, Deborah S. Craig, Dan Fogler, Jay Reiss, Lisa Howard, and Jesse Tyler Ferguson, all of whom were incredibly nice, sociable, and willing to sign the obscene amount of stuff I had brought.
Most of the A Chorus Line revival cast in San Francisco -- Michael Paternostro, Michael Berresse, Chryssie Whitehead, Mara Davi, James T. Lane, Heather Parcells, and Ken Alan especially, with whom I talked for several minutes about how much I enjoyed the show and their performances, and they all seemed really stoked about it too, talking to me about their rehearsal process and how much they liked doing the show and what the Schoenfeld theater was like where they were going to transfer. Michael Berresse actually spotted me as an amateur actor after my glowing review of the show to him, so we talked for a while on that. Michael Paternostro even arranged for my Playbill and poster to be taken backstage to be signed by the whole cast, plus invited me to contact him at the theater if ever I was in New York to see them on Broadway. Sadly, I didn't -- being a seventeen-year-old in Burbank has its travel limitations. But it's that wonderful experience which led me to stagedooring.
Kelly Jeanne Grant was incredibly nice after Company! She stood and talked with me for at least five minutes, and gave me a huge hug when I said I saw the show twice that day. What a sweetheart.
Raul himself was actually incredibly appreciative, telling me "Well God Bless you man, that's incredible" when he heard I sold my Poppins ticket to see the show again.
Heather Laws was also really generous with her time, even signing and taking pictures, even though her child was strapped to her body!
Bobby Steggert was great at the stage door of 110, but they may have been because I accidentally befriended his mother...
Chita Rivera was SO nice. A Dancers Life came to Buffalo, and my friend and I were the only two at the Stage Door, so the mananger let us inside (giving us "I Just Saw Chita" pins) and sat us down on a couch. About 2 minutes later Chita comes walking in, taking a detour from her normal route out of the theatre to come and talk to us. We talked for about 10 minutes, about the tour, Buffalo, and the show in general. She signed our playbills, we thanked her, and she left. Such a amazing talent.
Now, Molly Ringwald on the other hand, could not of been more rude. She could of just told the mananger that she was not going to come out, but apperently he told him the wrong door she would be coming out of on purpose, to avoid all 4 of us? Anyway, we ended up seeing her running to her car with her husband already driving. A Getaway Car? Haha.

She does that every night
More interesting...
who was the rudest?
I have a few 2 name!
Kelly Jeanne Grant is definitely one of the sweetest people I've talked to, period.
Raul Esparza and James T. Lane are also standouts.
I saw CURTAINS on Thursday and Noah Racey was as sweet as pie.
Linda Eder has always been one of THE nicest people every time I have met her. She is kind and gracious and sweet.
And I have to say that the cast of Witches of Eastwick here at the Signature Theater have been lovely. Jaquline and Christine where so very nice. The literally sat with us for like 20 minutes and chatted.
Marian Seldes was so sweet- I mean, she touched so many people's faces and hands, and kissed people's cheeks. She was just so glad to meet everyone, so it seemed.
:)
Julianne Moore, a goddess to me, was very gracious and warm.
Julianne was truly amazing ~ even days like New Year's Eve when you knew she wanted to get home to her family she signed for and posed with everyone who wanted an autograph or a signature.
Andrew Scott was awesome too.
And Bill Nighy was great. One time he turned his head as our picture was being snapped and told the person taking it to retake.
Dan Bittner and Rutina Wesley were awesome as well.
That whole cast was just stellar. :)

Nicest was Christian Hoff from JERSEY BOYS. Posed for photos and signed my Playbill, and was really sweet to me and my friends.

mara davi michael paternostro and chryssie whitehead were so nice and gracious at the stage door. most of the cast was
I agree molly was the rudest. There was a large group waiting to see her and no one gave the group the courtesy of telling us she doesn't like signing autographs and won't come out. We waited and waited and they said oh she is still talking and changing, we don't know when she will come out. It was ridiculous, it's fine if you don't want to take time to greet your fans, but don't leave them hanging around.
On a more pleasant note; Hugh jackman and Billy Crudup were very nice; but Josh Strickland has by far been the nicest star I ever met.

You're nobody's fans! You're juvenile delinquents, mental defectives, you're nobody's audience, you never see a play or a movie, even - you're never indoors long enough!

um... if you don't get it, you're not really a "broadway legend," now, are you?
Have I seen every show? No. I've lived in NYC fo just over a year. I was just asking a question.

what exactly is the question you're asking?
... and welcome to the theatre.
(welcome to the friendly roaches, too.)
ok, there... now you've got plenty of clues to play this game.
