I haven't met many at all but I have to say that Jenna Russell is a huge sweetie. I could tell she was greatful for the fans that were stage dooring, and that SITPWG really means something to her when I spoke with her.

Dearest, how can this be so? You were dead, you know. - Candide
Oh my god, this show has everything! Half naked guys and girl on girl action! - [title of show]
(My avatar? Why, yes! That is Laura Benanti making out with a chick!)
I have to agree with Emily Skinner, very nice, and easy to talk with. As were Ruthie Henshall and Bernadette Peters (although I was a little bit shy and nervous with Bernadette that I think I may have said some silly things, but she was sweet.)
Jennifer Simard, Spelling Bee, she just waited and chatted with me and my friend awhile after the show.
All the current Sweeney Todd touring cast except maybe Katrina Yaukey and Benjamin Magnuson. They were rather distant but gracious enough to still sign my playbill, but the rest of the cast was very nice in chatting with us and stuff.
Ted Nealy, he hugged each and every one of us and told us of his stories from the JCS movie.
i met jonathan groff for the first time on friday night after the show, and he definitely makes my list of one of the nicest broadway actors i met. it was raining and every picture we took together was blurry because the camera kept getting wet. he was so patient and eventually moved us under the theater overhang so we could get a good picture. he even serenaded me with "rain drops keep falling on my head," which was pretty awesome. :)
Megan Mullally is so sweet and so cute. Now when I watch Will and Grace, it's so hard for me to picture that nice person as evil Karen Walker!
Nortbert Leo Butz kind of blew the audience off the night I saw DRS in Seattle, but apparently his kids were in town that night. My friend met him in New York and said he's one of the nicest people ever.
Also on the list: Roger Bart Sutton Foster Shoshana Bean Megan Hilty
I forgot to mention Sally Struthers. The woman's a real sweetheart. I'm looking forward to meeting her again/working with her this summer.

"Yes, the brutalities of progress are called revolutions. When they are over, men recognize that the human race has been harshly treated but it has moved forward." - Les Miserables
Christian Hoff was so nice. I got backstage at Jersey Boys before the show and We ran into him near the sign in Board and the guy giving us the tour introduced us (I already knew who he was, Duh he's Christian Hoff) and it was for my birthday, I choose to go for my birthday (2nd Time) and we told him that it was my choice and he was so happy and he said "Oh, so great, you choose to come to Jersey Boys for you birthday" I'm not really the average Jersey Boys fan so he was shocked and pleased. But we got a picture and stuff, he was so sweet.
Hands down Becky Gulsvig! I met her nine times and if you go on www.beckygulsvig.com then to her blog, that's me with her on the picture she posted! And Tracy Jai Edwards, Danny Burstein (went to school with my mom and he took me backstage!), Kate Shindle, Laura Bell Bundy, Nicolette Hart, Orfeh and Andy Karl, Kate Rockwell, and I can assure you there are SO many more I cannot think of right now! Becky's Website- go to blog!
I stopped showing up at the stage door years ago, but the nicest by far was Chita Rivera after an L.A. performance of Kiss of the Spider Woman. Only my sis and I were the ones waiting for her at the stage door and she was so incredibly warm and friendly, it was as if we've known each other forever. We told her how we loved her on the OBC recording of West Side Story, and she replied "Oh, you two weren't even thought of then." lol. We took pictures with her, she signed our posters and then she went into her limo. I'll never forget it!

David Hibbard, who recently left the role of Patsy in Spamalot. A warm and caring man who made my day when he recognized me in the audience a month after we'd met and waved to me from the stage during the finale.
When I was a youngin, I met Daphne Rubin-Vega for the first time and was shaking like a leaf. She recognized that I was nervous, asked me my name, and asked if she could have a hug from me and was just so warm and friendly.
Groff & Gallagher from Spring Awakening..they always stayed until every person had an autograph or had a chance to talk to them, and always did it with a smile and they were so gracious.
The cast of Passing Strange are a group of ridiculously nice people as well.
"I really liked the show--Wish I saw Boy's Night...Am I allowed as I am not a boy anymore:)"-duffyny1
Gavin Creel could well be the nicest person I've ever met in my life, never mind just the nicest Broadway actor. Julia Murney and Jenna Russell were so sweet too.
edit: Forgot to mention Boyd Gaines who was just gracious and lovely and so kind.
So yeah, they're my four! Updated On: 7/14/08 at 08:49 AM
There was a huge line of people and he still talked to me for ten minutes and was engaging in the conversation and interested. He's such a sweetheart and one of the nicest guys out there.

The choosing was not...
