- It did not need Colbert and Shields etc.. NPH was fine by himself.
- The Hello number would have been 100x better, and I'd go as far to say would have been one of the best Tony Opening's in a long long time.

Loved the opening. Who wrote it?
Neil was spot-on and everyone was game for a good laugh.
I'd say that first 20min of the Tonys were kinda amazing - the opening and Barkin's speech...C'mon that was some good TV and it rocked
Neil and Hugh's number was awesome too. AWESOME broadcast and Im usually the cranky person posting crap.

It was more offensive than anything Tracy Morgan said. It will result in bullying and teen suicides.
(I actually thought it was funny and made me think of the year Marc Shaiman kissed Scott Wittman when they accepted for Hairspray and Roxy said TVs all across the country shut off at that moment and people were turned off from buying tickets to Broadway.)
