I feel like i'm the only one who loved Daniel Cook's performance. I could easily see ALW calling him the minute he is done with AI and either asking him to star as the Phantom on Broadway, or as the star in the Phantom sequel.
Sorry for the Brooke fans but I won't be sad to see her go and I am the only one here who thought she could have gotten away with saying that she was too choked up and had to start over? I actually thought she had planned to do that until I found out she forgot the lyric.

I love David Cook's performance as well, up until the last note, which was really funky. But I've hated him before tonight, but he actually has kind of a nice voice when he's not screaming. And I'm going to go out on a limb and say he sounded much, much better than Gerard Butler. David's high note didn't want me to kick puppies like Gerard's did.
