Heartbroken and on standby, too!  It's all so complicated.

This system is so unnecessary and they say it fights bots and scalpers but if you go look on stubhub for imagine dragons there's just as many tickets for sale for this tour as the previous ones without this system. I really hope this nonsense system doesn't become the norm.

I wonder how many people got codes (like most people, I'm on standby). It seems like a much smaller amount of people than those who recently got a Hamilton code (I do know that was for a much larger block of tickets, but this still seems like a lot fewer people). It's possible they really limited the number so that most people who got a code will be able to get tickets, even after throwing some back and seeing what else is available. (Of course I have no idea if this is the case; I guess people will see once the sale begins, and if I were able to try for tickets I would probably pounce on the first option I pulled up.)

Be interesting to see how many tickets are available on Stubhub in a couple of hours & whether or not it's worked.

it's only going to get worse when they release the Harry Potter tickets like this.

Anyone else surprised he didn't pick a larger theater? Will there be any kind of rush or SRO offered?

A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.

The system is flawed. At the end of the day, it helps scalpels and resellers as the resale ticket price only goes higher because of the lack of inventory.

I love Bruce, always have and always will. That said, not exactly sure how the $850 face price represents his music and his beliefs.

Congrats.

I just clicked around StubHub and somebody is asking $2100 for those seats.

Interesting how so many of the StubHub seats that were onsale at 10am are in Row R & Row S in the orchestra (with no seat numbers). Seems odd at best and fishy at worst.

Also, most days have exactly 10 tickets available for exactly the same price $2,361 with no seat numbers. This is just BS. (sorry to rant, but on my third choice of days and no tix available at all)

Okay, re pricing for those not lucky enough to have gotten in, fyi I got the last row  S, orchestra center $300 a piece for a November weeknight. I kind of wanted the last day matinee but figured that strategically I should opt for weeknight/November. Did not want to risk rejecting it and throwing it back in the pile for something more my preference - although in hindsight it all worked so well/quickly that there's a reasonable chance I could have shopped around a little (LITTLE) bit...

I got a code and had ranked the Saturday night shows that we can make it to (4 hour drive, not doing midweek).  Got right through and 10 minutes later was told my first choice was sold out, did I want the Tuesday after or here's a list of all dates.

Worked my way through all 6 Saturdays we could do with no luck.  Did turn a pair of $400 Mezz tix on a Thursday, nothankyouverymuch.

I'll wait for the bootlegs.

Got a standby notice. Did everyone who entered get either a code or a standby notice, or did anyone get neither? Does standby mean that you're almost a Verified Fan but not quite?

On standby and no code notifications.  When does the general onsale begin (even though I doubt there will be any availability)? Also hoping for some sort of lottery.

Was lucky enough to receive an offer code. The process of purchasing was surprisingly easy. I opened separate windows for four dates I was interested in and committed to the page that loaded first once the sale commenced.

I could only spring for the $75 tickets, so I was shocked when I was able to get two row A balcony seats. I'd think that the balcony is all they're selling at that price point, so the "cheap seats" are pretty limited. The balcony seating is just the worst for theatre at The Kerr, but for a concert that'll likely be downstage center, I think the seats will be amazing for the price. Once I entered the offer code, I was able to search just for the $75 tix, so they don't force you to take whatever pops up in that $75-450 price range.

Good luck everyone! SO EXCITED! It'll be my first time seeing The Boss!

I don't think there is a general onsale- it was today or nothing since it's such a limited run.

Is Ticketmaster doing the typical high demand tactic of not letting you pick your seats and giving you a randomly picked choice of seats?   Sometimes they do that and then allow you to choose your tickets a few  hours after the initial crush.   I'm assuming this from reading the posts.  I'm curious and apprehensive in anticipation of Harry Potter ticket sales.

There is no general onsale - If you didn't get a code you are screwed.

I got a standby email. There are already tickets for pretty much every date on Stub Hub for $2000-5000. So much for Fan Verified!. I'd rather take my chances with the scalpers and bots. Maybe TM is still pissed at me when I complained to BBB when they sold me and several friends 2nd row tickets for a Jimmy Buffett concert and then took them back. The next day they were up on the Tickets Now website for 5 times the face value. Since then I believe that TM is not in the ticket selling business - they are in the ticket scalping business. The Fan Verified scam is just another "legal" way to scalp tickets.

Some standby codes were send out by Ticketmaster at 11 am, acoordibg to their Twitter site

There is no general on sale. Verified codes are the only way to purchase tickets from Ticketmaster.

I was on Standby and TM sent me a code at 10:55AM (EDT).

There were still tickets available for most dates (rapidly dwindling now, however)  BUT absolutely nothing in the $75-400 tier.  $500-850 was the only option.

Also, TM is doing "Best Available" unless you select to search a specific price.

FWIW, I have only seen $600 & $700 tickets come up as "Best Available". No $750, or $850 ones yet.

Lastly, 2 tickets was the only option. You cannot select 1 ticket, even if that's all you wanted.

ETA: Single ticket option has now appeared. Probably selling the last of the stock.

My sister was on standby and got a code about an hour ago.  She was able to buy tix (pricey ones, but not as pricey as those purportedly on StubHub now).

Two tickets was the only option to start?  That really makes it difficult for people who go solo to buy tickets.  If they do the same for "Harry Potter" I don't relish the thought of having to buy an extra ticket.  I imagine it would be possible to resell a second ticket later, though.

I got a code Tuesday night and my finger was on the mouse at 9:59 am and within 30 seconds of logging in with my code $400 tickets came up, but I threw them back because I didn't want to spend more than $200 per ticket. BIG MISTAKE. I spent the next 25 minutes searching with no luck at all. I called my boyfriend and told him I was going to give up when in mid sentence two $300 tickets popped up. You never saw an index finger click a mouse quicker than mine just then. Phew! I'm glad that's over and that I got 2 tickets for opening night. MEZZC Row H
