The Marge MacDougal scene from PROMISES, PROMISES. A one-scene character (save for a brief bit) and both actresses who played it on Broadway won Tonys. My favorite though was Christine Baranski at Encores! who managed to get a laugh with virtually every single line.

I second the Ugandans theatre performance in Book of Mormon. I never laughed so hard during a show in my entire life. Honestly all of BoM made me crack up.

I think parts of Fully Committed were really funny. It was the best one person show I've seen!

"Bad Idea - Reprise" in Waitress. When I saw the show on Broadway with Sara and Gavin, my mom said that the scene was definitely way too inappropriate for us to watch together, but she didn't care because it was so hilarious.

Blankets and Bedding, Come From Away: "They're looking for some toilet paper down at the Lions Club." *like 3 lines later in the same song: "FOR THE LOVE OF GOD STOP BRINGING TOILET PAPER TO THE LIONS CLUB!"
Also in Come From Away:
Ali: "Can you tell me, this food, what is it?"
Beulah: "It's called cod au gratin. Fish with cheese. It's fish...with cheese."
Also the scene when they're in the bar or wherever it is and the 2 Kevins accidentally tell the other people that they're gay and then this one guy (Joel Hatch plays him) says "Our uncle is 68 years old and he just told us he's a bisexual." Somehow his delivery of that line makes me laugh so hard...

I saw Christopher Fitzgerald in Waitress during what I think was Katherine McPhee's third or fourth show. That man had me and my friends around me quite literally crying with laughter with every single word he said, especially just his introduction prior to Never Ever Getting Rid of Me. Super small scene but his delivery of "I don't want you." was incredible.

Sweeney Todd has some hysterical bits. Mrs Lovett's reaction in finding Pirelli's body in the casket is one, and the scene leading up to By The Sea and the song itself are an absolute treat, in the hands of the right actress.

I always laugh my way through “You and Me (But Mostly Me)” in Book of Mormon.
Doolitle’s scene asking for five pounds and the Ascot Gavotte in My Fair Lady are funny.
Tevye’s Dream in Fiddler.

LOVE the spit take in "Drowsy Chaperone", as well as the ever-changing improv in "Spelling Bee" depending on the characteristics of the person who is spelling.

Patti LuPone. Tick Tock scene during the 8th preview of Company.

Posted: 4/9/20 at 7:47pmThe bisexual love scene in Rock of Ages usually gets a big response, mostly because it’s the only time in the show Dennis gets to step outside the stoic burnout box. His fourth wall breaking improvs to the audience during the “packing up the bar” portion of the scene have been known to get applause. (Their kiss usually gets approving laughter and cheers; it was all teasing innuendo and gay-chicken in the original production, but every version I’ve seen since the movie made them both bi has gone for the big kiss.)

The Band's Visit, Avram's line "Sometimes it feels like we're moving in a circle, around and around with the same scenery going by" while they're all literally moving around on the turntable. Also in TBV, the lazy susan bit!

Got free tickets to the third preview. This and pretty much the whole new Company.
The Ugandan play scene.
The ending of the last revival of Noises Off.
The drink scene in The Explorer's Club (I think that's what it was called) in the basement theater at City Cente .

The old ladies tap dancing with walkers from "The Producers". The "for now - George Bush" moment in "Avenue Q".

The final big book scene (it's like 15 minutes without music I think) in IT SHOULDA BEEN YOU.

I have to say that Hasa Diga Eebowai and the scene leading up to it will always have a special place in my heart. I took my friend, who at the time was literally homeless, in an attempt to cheer her up. I looked over at her and she had tears streaming down her face from laughing so hard. The pure joy she felt was so hilarious and I can't think of anything else that's made me that happy.

Tootsie's filled with some of the funniest one-liners and scenes I've ever seen in a musical.
I'll also second the Walker Tap Dance in The Producers.

Jennifer Simard and Christopher Sieber's scene in the Company revival is absolutely hysterical.

Another minor spoiler from the Book of Mormon, and this submission - the scene including the song TURN IT OFF.
I about died laughing when they clapped their hands in unison and the house lights went off. Second time, when they came back up and they were wearing pink sequined vests and chorus-line danced. Imagine that your brain is made of tiny boxes, find the box that’s gay and CRUSH IT!
Still laugh my butt off when I think about it.
