There really isn’t an official rule. The normal amount is one, but if you make a case for the reasoning it is used, you can win your argument. I remember Gunner Palace has 30+ uses of the word.

That's not necessarily true. The Fast and the Furious, Million Dollar Baby, and Non-Stop say it 3, 4, and 5 times, and none of them say "strong language." 2 say "language," and 1 says "some language."
