Also, FWIW, I got the cancellation email but have the lottery tickets in My Orders in the app listed PENDING. So who really knows?! *confused, playful shrug* I guess we'll all find out tomorrow."
They kept advertising it will start this week. Im guessing its an error on todaytixs part. As long as I'm still entered lol.

And... we're good!
Dear TodayTix member, We apologize for the email you may have received earlier this morning stating that your order had been canceled. That email was sent in error — your entry to the Friday Forty has in fact been counted! You can view the status of your entry by visiting your account page on the site. Our sincere apologies for any confusion, and best of luck with your entry to the Friday Forty! -The TodayTix team

I did not receive an email that I'd lost, but I had the site open and it had updated to "Better Luck Next Time". Oh well, I am seeing it in two weeks, but it would have been nice to be able to return that ticket.
I probably missed something, but I’m confused about about the Friday Forty. I entered today and was expecting to select which dates I wanted to enter for, but that wasn’t the case. If you win, do you just hope they assign you to dates that work?

Today's Friday Forty was for next week's performances (Pt 1 on 3/16 and Pt 2 on 3/17). The next Friday Forty is for the following week of performances:
Part One: Tue, Mar 20, 8:00PM EDT Part Two: Wed, Mar 21, 8:00PM EDT OR...
Part One: Thu, Mar 22, 8:00PM EDT Part Two: Fri, Mar 23, 8:00PM EDT OR...
Part One: Sat, Mar 24, 2:00PM EDT Part Two: Sat, Mar 24, 8:00PM EDT
If you live in NYC, head over to the Lyric Theatre ASAP. I've never been more disappointed I don't live in NYC... :)
FROM THE CURSED CHILD U.S. WEBSITE: Today, at 8PM, we will release 1,200 tickets to the first performances of Part One (March 16 at 8PM) and Part Two (March 17 at 8PM) to the first fans in line at the Lyric Theatre Box Office! All tickets released at the Box Office today will be priced at just $20 per Part, and each person can buy a maximum of two tickets. These will be sold on a first-come, first served basis for cash only, so if you’re in New York head to the Lyric Theatre Box Office on 43rd Street and join the line as soon as you can for the chance to see the very first previews of Cursed Child on Broadway.

If ANYONE could snag me some tickets, I'd appreciate it. I'm not in the cirty until late tomorrow night and really want to book this for my trip this week.
Lol a 12 hour wait, so stupid, there's going to be 600 people in that line in no time. They might as well have just said the first 600 who get there right now. Plus there's no way people in some of the other boroughs plus NJ can even get there quick enough for this.
I wonder if it will count toward any unwritten limit of tickets we can buy per household, credit card, or name? Like we can only win the Friday Forty once, can only buy 6 tickets per household, etc. I’m in NYC and with the wind chill, the news says it’s 24 degrees. Cold for me (from California). And it is at 8:00 PM? Because I will be at a show at 8:00 PM tonight. I’ll walk by later to see what the line might look like.
You could only win once for Friday forty? I thought the information said you could only win once per performance? I mean your odds of winning twice are probably very small but still
