I'm sure he is.
I'm late to everything and nothing to do with the topic, sorry, but I just caught up with Looking and my jaw is still on the floor. That Mr Groff looks gorgeous, sexy AF, sings and dances a dream and can perform against a tree in the woods. His smile just lights up the screen. I went from Heated Rivalry to Looking. I'm exhausted.
Off topic I know but just had to make a comment and this is the only place I know.

what two names will he pick out of his magically hat?
He said it’s Matthew Morrison, which we’ve said here, followed by Jeremy Jordan, who he said will go to London for the Frank Sinatra musical after Bobby Darin. Not sure I believe him doing Just in Time since he doesn’t dance, but if the Sinatra part is true, I’m sure Matt Doyle won’t be too happy.
Well, Doyle has publicly stated he dropped out of the Sinatra project due to delays, so he can't be too upset if it moves forward with Jordan or anyone else (which... massive grain of salt, considering the source).
Not saying it's impossible but...being 3rd replacement in the Bobby Darrin musical directly before you originate the role of Sinatra seems a bit nonsensical to me. I'd easily believe one of those things is happening but I find both of them happening back to back implausible.
But wasn’t he correct about the Beached / Titanique? So might be right just wrong time line.

I mean he tends to be quite accurate when it comes to shows, inaccurate when it comes to casting. He needs to just stick to his strengths lol

But a number of members on this board also had that information. Productions are easier to accurately leak because they require more people to be aware of them for longer periods of time- creatives, marketing, press, casting, GMs, investors, etc.

Jeremy Jordan doing the Sinatra musical in London was spoken about on Theatreboard a couple of months ago. Think its rumoured for the Aldwych
So SO could have just picked it up from there
Strange Morrison would be a pick for JIT. He's been having trouble selling dinky 54 Below ... ?
Jonathan may now be a show to see regardless of who is in it.

I’ve heard it’s going to be Dez Duron as Sinatra. But we shall see.’

This board has comically bad information.

And why are we to believe you aren't the one giving out "comically bad information"

Sinatra is doing a limited run in London if they can find the money - it will be a brit playing Sinatra. Doyle didn't walk away - the last workshop's format hurt him. Dez is doing another year at MHE and was never in the mix for Sinatra...great voice and look for it though. Seems like SO may have gotten a lot of his information about Beaches and Titanique from my posts on here - waybefore he announced it.

It is indeed Morrison followed by Jordan for Just in Time.
Can't imagine why they'd want replacements with diminishing returns when they could close as a smash hit with Groff. But to each their own.
Matthew can't even sell out 54 Below tho....

A lot of family and friends in town over the past few weeks and the majority were interested in seeing Just In Time b/c of the Bobby Darin concert of it all, not because of JG. I think producers (and honestly, good for them) are able to rely a bit more on the show selling itself, rather than just Morrison.
Also I think he'll be great if it is true.

I'll never understand the need for someone to be like "SEE I WAS RIGHT! I SPILLED THE TEA BEFORE OTHER PEOPLE!" Like... ok? You don't cite sources, no one knows who you are, you don't even have an original username, why should anyone take what you say as fact.
Congrats, you are better than everyone.

you're just extremely pompous and annoying. Acting like a child saying "mommy, I was right but nobody likes me".

Why the negativity? I hope all the replacements are terrific and ad to the fun.
I don't think the two are really comparable. A one off concert vs a show that has been sold out for over a year feating songs people want to hear. I thought Morrison would just add to the show not take away. Meaning, I think people would want to go and then having a somewhat "name" would push a ticket buyer to purchase.
To my knowledge, Morrison will actually no longer be taking over the role - that ship has sailed. But he will be coming back this season in another show
