My status updated to more than an hour wait time. Another presale fiasco... I can't believe theater platforms can't handle less than 2K people at a time.
My page also broke as it was letting me in to purchase and now i'm #4580 in the queue.🙃🙃🙃 Gonna wait it out as long as I can and hope there are still tickets!
Wow that was a process! After it unpaused, I waited 25 mins. Then I had to input the amex presale code. Waited another 10 mins. Then click on the date.... you get where I'm going.
My budget was $100 and was able to get 2nd row upper orchestra for $98.50. Regular orch seats were all over $100 (from what I remember ranged up to around $300.)
There are currently more than 3000 people ahead of me, and I figure that, at the rate the queue is moving, I’ll probably reach the front sometime in the middle of tonight’s performance of Eureka Day (which I’m going to), and I’ll lose my place and have to start all over again tomorrow.
No offense to anyone who is frustrated by how slowly the queue is moving, but I almost wish it would move so slowly I don’t reach the front until I get home after tonight‘s show. Better yet, I wish there were a way of pausing my place in the queue while I’m at the theater and then resuming it when I get home.

That's the most idiotic take on presale queues I've ever heard (or any other queues). Yes, if you leave a line, you loose your place in it.
Add me to the list of folks who waited for hours, got to the front of the queue, watched the page constantly try to load the sales page, and then eventually give me a message that the queue number had already been used and I was being sent to the back of the line. Awesome!
After reading some comments about the membership basically paying for itself with the ticket discount, I joined and bought tickets a few days ago, and man, I am really glad I did. I was gonna see if I could get better seats through the AMEX sale - I got great ones for the James McAvoy Cyrano that way - but clearly, it did not work out the same way this time. Still in the queue out of curiosity, but with 4600+ people in front of me.
really annoying that i got through the queue in the first ten minutes only to receive a 503 error and then upon reloading was informed my queue number was used and got kicked to back of the line
Same for me. Was in the queue with maybe 600 in front of me, then as I got closer, I was hit with a 503 error. I rejoined with 3000+ in front of me. Got down to 2026 in front of me after two hours, and now I just looked again and I am somehow back up to 2340 in front of me. This has truly been an all day affair. At this point I can't tell if I'm still staying in this because I want to see the show or because I'm stubborn.
Dear BAM - I joined the queue today at 12:15 waiting for the 1pm Amex presale. I just received my confirmation at 6:20 pm for 2 tickets which I selected on my first preferred date. I didn't even want to chance looking at another date because it literally took almost 15 minutes to toggle between the view of upper and lower orchestra to see what was available. Please do not hold a presale if your system does not have the bandwidth to get people in and out in under an hour!
After a queue that I waited in for literally 10 hours, I have my tickets. Have no idea if they’ll be any good, but we’ll see. That experience has soured me from going to BAM in the future. SH*T. Show.
Finally got a seat, not thrilled about back balcony but I appreciate they are only $45 when they easily could be putting all the tickets in the balcony at 79 and up
this will absolutely be sold out by next week and I have to wonder if there is any extension built in, even a week or two?
I tried last night (I'm in Italy so im 6 hours ahead) and quit when I saw the ten hour wait. Logged on this morning 4AM Est and got two pretty nice seats in the upper orchestra for 120, pretty happy. Would check out the selection now, there are still good seats to be had at reasonable prices.

Yes when I woke up at 4 am my 10 minute log in time had elapsed but there was no wait to get back into the queue. Not a lot of inventory left, tbh.
