Orchestra is great too though since the stage goes out into the audience a bit and so do some actors, but honestly you can't go wrong anywhere you sit. I never recommend the last 2 rows of the orchestra for the Hirschfield in general though, no matter what show.

Thanks Mike it'll be my first time in the Hirschfield. Will be flying into NYC on the first preview for Pride 2019.

Major failure on their part. Can't use the app on the mobile devices. The pre-sale code worked the first couple of times and then just stopped working. Giving up. I was willing to spend to get premium seats, but it's just too frustrating. May try again when you can choose your own seats.

Same here with the side mezannine seats. Not paying $300 for that. Preferred center and front row. Can’t even get that to pull up. Looks like this’ll be a pass for me.

All that's coming up, and I've tried a bunch of dates, is row S or T in the Orchestra and row G in the mezzanine for $179. Not buying if that's the best they can do.

[UPDATE - A few minutes later seats started opening up. Initially mezz. Then orch J 14-16! - so it looks like more seats are becoming available (either returned to inventory for incompleted/refused sales, or overburdened servers initially?) YAY!]
No luck. "Cannot use on that device" (meaning my IP address is still blocked by TM for mysterious reasons which cannot be quesitoned or appealed.) Moved to my tablet - cannot use mobile. Switched to tethering via my phone - nothing available.
AAARGH!
Based on the wording in the email when I got my code "limited number of tickets available", I'm thinking they only released certain seats for the fan presale, assuming people would just buy whatever came up.

I wanted to buy the table seats but I can’t even figure this out. All I pulled were expensive orchestra seats I’m not taking without a real seating chart.

Typical Ticketmaster SCAM. I hate them. by the time the tickets are released- anything good will be over 1000 dollars- the scalpers- Ticketmaster agents probably- will buy up all the good seats and sell them at an enormous profit. This should be against the law.

Me too. Probably should have taken seats 18 and 20 but I quickly looked at a seating chart and that's almost the end of the aisle. Have had all sorts of technical issues since and anything that has popped up has been even worse. Wish I had a MasterCard, but maybe they will release the same limited crappy seats to them as well, and hike up premium prices on Dec. 3.

Glad to see that I am not the only one. I changed devices; then on the new one, I put in my performance date and have been viewing the message 'Searching...sit tight' for 7 - 8 minutes this time. I assume that it is in limbo, but can't quite bring myself to sign off. Worst part, if it does come through and I am not at the PC, I will lose the tix in no time.
What a screw-up. If this is what they are doing for Fan Pre-sale, can you imagine what they will do for the general public. I don't know if this is a Ticketmaster screwup or a Moulin Rouge 'rules' issue; either way, it really stinks.
They sent me a new code which also didn’t work. This is absolutely ridiculous.
