Do you remember the date from when this information was posted. Cause if it was a long time ago, things might have changed. Either that or they might feature both songs during the end credits

after having listen to the Ariana Grande and John Legend version, i have to say, that I DO NOT LIKE IT AT ALL!!!!! it does not have the same impact and WOW feeling that the Celine Dion and Peabo Bryson version has. sounds as if the music has been composed on a computer-based music program like GarageBand or something. it sounds terrible. I am shocked they have composed and released the song like this considering the original version of the song (for the 1991 film) really was oscar-winning worthy.......as well as it being THE SONG for the film and re-composed from one of the most famous scenes (to me anyway) created in animation.
which i think sounds HELL OF A LOT BETTER THAN THE FIRST (but the end is cut off)!!!!
As far as Emma goes singing the "Belle Reprise", she does not sound that bad at all. as it was only a poor quality rip taken from a website by somebody.
the more images we see and audio we here, i am getting more and more excited for this movie and cannot wait until it hits cinemas. i mean, it's only 65 days until we see the actual finished movie.
I'm pretty sure that isn't Ariana and John singing. The credit song they're singing isn't Beauty and the Beast. They're singing Our song lives on the new song written for the film. This was confirmed ages ago in the E! Magazine article.

That's literally a pitch altered version of the original Celine Dion/Peabo Bryson version. No way that they would let a high profile track like that leak so early.
Also, I'm 95% positive that this new recording of Emma singing with a full orchestra is just the trailer audio layered on top of the orchestrations from the musical. It's not amazing quality so it's hard to tell, but if you listen closely with headphones you can still hear the eerie piano from the trailer, and very faintly, another voice layered underneath hers toward the end.
It sounds NOTHING like Ariana Grande, it's pretty obviously Celine with the pitch messed up. I also highly doubt they'd use an identical 90's orchestration for a new recording, and that it would be allowed to surface. As for the Belle clip, that's just as unbelievable.
That is not the new version of the song. The new version of the title track (during the ending credits) is produced by Ron Fair who produced for Mary J. Blige, The Black Eyed Peas, Christina Aguilera, Fergie, and all of those artists. He actually produced the Moulin Rouge version of "Lady Marmalade". So it will not even remotely sound similar to the Celine-Peabo version, but will fit to modern day audiences.
Maybe it's because I started watching Supergirl, but I can't help thinking that Melissa Bennoist would make a fantastic Belle. She can actually sing too.
Ariana is sure getting her musical fix in these past couple of months. While many are being critical of Emma's voice, I just thought it would be good to point out all the things we still don't know about the film:
We have no clue what Dan Stevens' voice singing voice sounds like
We have no clue what "Our Song Lives On", "For Evermore", and "Days in the Sun" sound like musically or lyrically.
We still haven't heard Ewan's singing voice for "Be our Guest" with the accent
We haven't heard Emma Thompson's version of "Beauty and the Beast"
I know we want to be critical of the two snippets of Emma's voice we've heard, but let's look at the film as a whole and realize that there are chunks that we still don't know about.
Meanwhile, just for fun, here's the real Ariana Grande doing an impression of Celine Dion singing Beauty and the Beast on Jimmy Fallon: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=05dKQsVOZXY
