So sad. RIP and much love to his family and friends. I only saw him once on stage. I enjoyed him a lot in A Bronx Tale even though I didn't love the show.
To all who knew and loved him and have endured these 90 days of uncertainty my heart absolutely breaks for you tonight. To his dear wife Amanda and son, the Broadway community will hold you in our hearts...RIP
This is so devastating. The world has lost a gifted artist. My thoughts and prayers to Nicks family and friends.

This is utterly heartbreaking. I can’t get my head around how much he must have battled to keep going the last few months. What a man. My thoughts are with his wife, son and all he loved. RIP Nick
Another devastating loss due to the pandemic. His age and health make it more real and scarier for younger people. This illness is brutal...my heart goes out to Amanda, Elvis, and the rest of their family and friends. After months of being so strong, I hope they are all able to find peace.
His GoFundMe is still open. I would implore anyone with the means to donate to help the family with hospital bills, funeral costs, their security, Elvis' education.
I never got to see him perform live, but this kind of news hurts my heart. He was starting to improve for a time according to his wife, then later relapsed and could not recover. A talent like him left this world much too soon. His last Broadway appearance was in A Bronx Tale, and that show said it best: he was indeed "One of the Great Ones."
Ugh this is so sad. I saw Nick in a few shows on Broadway and always enjoyed his performances. Such a shame he had to go through such a miserable time with this and didn't get to beat this terrible disease. I feel bad for his young baby and wife. My thoughts are with them.
Recently heard he was on the mend and looked like he would beat it. Devastating news to his family and friends. Last saw,him in Bullets Over Broadway. R.I.P.
