Has anyone here received an e-mail and/or a refund from Broadway Direct? I emailed them this am to get refunded - and haven't heard any word back. I better get my money back. I bought these tickets to see Andrew (and I ain't mad at Jake Shears...) but still...they gotta do refunds right? No phone number listed and silence on my e-mail. Heck, I wanna free up my slot with Hills Of California but can't do that until I get refunded

I haven’t heard back yet and I emailed them almost immediately after the news broke.
Yeah there was a famous pic of NPH and Elton John and their husbands secretly grabbing each others asses while taking a photograph. Someone behind them caught it and got a pic.
I emailed tickets@telecharge.com this morning and they did respond quickly. Since it is not a Telecharge-owned show, they had to request a refund from the independent box office due to star absence. They sent that for me and said they would follow up when they received a response.
Just remembering you've had an "and"
When you're back to "or"
Makes the "or" mean more than it did before

Elton as an author will have casting approval (or he'll delegate that to someone representing him). But that doesn't make NPH any more likely to be in it.
I'll wait & see what shakes out before I look at asking for a refund. The whole supposed off the cuff statement on the red carpet seemed scripted by his agent as a bargaining ploy.

I’m hoping they can rectify this. I love Andrew Rannells on stage, I think he’ll be perfect in this and be a big draw for people to come and see the show
after e-mailing Broadway Direct (how direct can they be if they doubt have a phone number) on Sunday, received an e-mail saying that my tickets will be refunded. I wish them well,

You’d they would learn their lesson from last time, lol

For some reason, this doesn’t excite me as much as Rannells. I feel like the whole subject of Tammy Faye, as well as the creative team behind it, screams out for camp - for some reason, I feel like Borle is going to try WAAAAY too hard to go for broad laughs.
