Catherine Zuber just won for costumes for The King and I

"Disappointed curious won over hand to god. I couldn't stand curious when I saw it. "
I hated it too but its a great show to look at visually

Love Chita but that number was not good.

"Love and Love Alone" was my favorite number from THE VISIT in the theater. But here's another show where what number from the show would really make sense to TV viewers on first viewing?
Posted: 6/7/15 at 10:08pm
Poor ticket sales. Poor Tony Awards performance. The Visit, sadly, will post a closing notice in the days to come.

The best theater america has to offer is apparently a british play and a revival of a british play.

The Finding Neverland performance was better than The Visits ironically enough,,,

Pleasantly surprised by Finding Neverland.
Posted: 6/7/15 at 10:11pm
^ As was the performance for me. Sorry but NEVERLAND should have been the 4th nominee for Best Musical.
Posted: 6/7/15 at 10:13pm
Congrats to Cathy Zuber! We at Den Design knew you were a shoo in! Stunning work!
Posted: 6/7/15 at 10:13pm
^ HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Yeah. Sure. Last Ship or Honeymoon in Vegas would've been much more suited for that spot.
Posted: 6/7/15 at 10:15pm
Finding Neverland basically just went, "F*ck you," and gave the best performance of the night.
Posted: 6/7/15 at 10:16pm
^Sydney Lucas would like to have a word with you about that, I think.

Lots of wins including the big one for the King and I ... Is it building steam on the way to Kelli taking home a Tony tonight? Or will she be collateral damage as voters try to give On the 20th Century something? (And Chenoweth is more than deserving so I don't mean it in a demeaning way).
Posted: 6/7/15 at 10:18pm
Congrats, King and I! I liked Neverland, but it didn't impressed me

"Finding Neverland basically just went, "F*ck you," and gave the best performance of the night. "
I don't know if it's the best performance, but it was certainly better than The Visit, and will most likely be better than that dead horse, It Shoulda Been You.

VotePeron, We worked on that musical as well (Honeymoon In Vegas). IT WASN'T NOMINATED.

Simon Stephens accepting the Tony for Best Play looks like he's just been in a bar brawl...was he??

Raves all over Twitter for Lisa Howard.
Posted: 6/7/15 at 10:27pm
Lisa Howard, best performance of the night. Hands down.

Well good for IT SHOULDA BEEN YOU to make we wonder if I'm missing something good but not having been yet. That number might actually sell some tickets.
