Has anyone done TDF for Heart of Rock and Roll and if so where were your seats?
I'm debating doing TDF for next week and was curious where seats have been.

Got my Heart of RnR tickets from TDF and they were 6th row center orchestra. Truly perfect seats and a really fun night.

Merrily We Roll Along without Groff is up for the 4/17 matinee.
A couple other shows I haven't seen on there too often are up too - Doubt for the 4/10 evening show, Water for Elephants for 4/10 and 4/11, Kimberly Akimbo for most of the shows this week

Has Lempicka been selling that well that they are giving crap seats (assuming you were all the way on the side?)
can anyone comment on how Appropriate’s seating is? Heard lotto is all the way on the side but it seems like the show isn’t selling out the house and plenty of seats available a week in advance

I had 5 people on a weekday and we got row B right mezz (I think the furthest seat to the right was two seats off the aisle).

When a show is having press nights they want to fill every seat in the orch section. So putting TDF folks on the far sides is a no brainer.

I had a TDF ticket for Appropriate for the matinee on Wednesday, and my seat was in Row F of the mezzanine. The view was fine but obviously not that close to the stage. And leg room is not good up there. Still, I loved the show.

I get what you’re saying but press nights tend to be opening or 2 days before right?
And its become a pattern in the past year for theaters to make discount tickets abhorable seats. Its such a form of classism that you got a cheaper ticket you deserve the cheapest seat however for those buying cheap tickets, this is still quite a but of money. We get these seats cause we can’t afford proper broadway seats.

The Who's Tommy (Passport) - Orchestra Row L Seats 6 & 8 (Fantastic)
Titanique - Row A (front row) Seat 108 (ex boyfriend "Bryan's seat)

The Wednesday matinee for Teeth this week is on TDF, as is the Wednesday matinee for Merrily again (without Groff) and Tuesday/Wednesday shows for Doubt.
From last week, Suffs was mezz right row G and Heart of Rock and Roll was center mezz row D

I think reviewers coming to the opening night was a thing in the 50s, but now, two nights before opening would be the LATEST a critic comes. Reviews are written, filed, edited and ready to publish before the opening night performance begins.
Normally press nights start about a week before opening. But this month with so many shows thundering in, I think a lot of reviewers are coming even earlier if they have a free slot and can’t make it closer to the date.

Reporting back on Appropriate tonight, plenty of seats available day before but sold out close to start time.
Got placed all the way in the back mid orchestra row q. Thankfully the theater is small and all the action is in the middle so no overhead obstruction.
