Adding my condolences. A sudden and accidental death is especially inconsolable. There is no extended sickness during which to prepare for mourning. One day everything is fine, the next day nothing will ever be fine again. There is nothing anyone can say, nothing anyone can do. Our hearts go out to Bernadette and to Michael's family.
All the rest of us can do is love each other a little more, hold each other a little more, treasure each other a little more and think of how Bernadette has always made us glow, and how that glow will always surround her Michael.

Well to me that makes him a lucky guy. Seems like he didn't suffer. This is just so sad. I'm still in shock. I can't imagine what she is going through right now.
When you saw them out in public they always seemed so in love and completed committed to one another.

When I read the headline, in the publsihed article, my heart dropped. My thoughts and prayers and heart goes out to Bernadette and to her husband Michael , who's in heaven (my beliefs).

I never met her but she has inspired me soo much and she is an icon and more than that it seems a great person and a loving wife. My heart goes out for her. I sit here crying as i listen to her sing "No one is Alone" from her Carnagie Hall Concert. Heartbreaking. We love you Bernadette!!

I still can't believe it...she seemed to glow when she talked about him...I can't imagine what she (and the pooches) are going through...
I just wish we could take away some of her pain from all the joy she has given us over the years...

How awful....I just saw her perform this past sunday at the Gershiwn benefit.
I know I'm repeating what many ofthers have said but aside from being an amazing performer, she is one of the nicest people I've been lucky enough to meet.
My thoughts are definitely with Ms. Peters and her family
