Obviously Beetlejuice. It will also open at the Golden, the Barrymore and be the inaugural production when the Palace reopens.

All the money spent in rehabbing the st. James for frozen and they probably didn’t get a penny back.

Beetlejuice will take Broadway by storm when it reopens. The Music Man will be postponed and it'll remain at the Winter Garden. A smaller production directed by John Doyle will play the Golden where the actors will also play instruments. A gender-swapped production will take the St. James now. And a one-man production starring Hugh Jackman will play a limited run at the Palace.

First it's going to be Beetlejuice.  Then when Beetlejuice moves into Madison Square Garden because it would bring in more fans than the Knicks, Rebecca will finally come in and take the St. James.
