From what I understand, Colton opted to leave once Michael Lee Brown was chosen to be the matinee alternate. Ben Levi Ross is his replacement.

He's very talented. Will be curious to see what he does in the future.

Does anybody know what the whole leaving tease thing was last month? Or why Colton left? He used to be the main Evan alt until MLB randomly got promoted, maybe that's part of it ¯\_(?)_/¯

It's sad to see Colton go but I can't wait for BLR to make his debut! His music on soundcloud is great, so I can't wait to hear his take on Evan/Connor/Jared. Here's an IG post from Colton's girlfriend wishing him goodbye.

I barely follow this show, so forgive me if somebody's posted something about this... but Rachel Bay Jones is doing a Friday night show next month with Seth Rudetsky in Florida. Not sure if she's just going to be on vacation then, but figured it was worth sharing.

Wont be surprised if she does, and if she does I am super happy for her!! 

However this may just be to add to the understudies in addition to Olivia as Laura and Kristolyn could potentially be out the same night

Diamond is incredible I’ve seen her perform and she will really be sensational! Super happy for her

I think I saw Diamond last night - Tuesday - and she was incredible. Really love her singer/songwriter voice. I thought she was really great. And having listened to the cast album, much prefer her voice.

Seems like there are now 2 extra Alana covers + Olivia, I wouldn’t be surprised if they are getting some girls ready for the tour which recently held auditions.

I think it will either be olivia puckett or alexis molnar (from Arena)

It’s neither of them. It’s someone currently playing a principal role on a national tour.
