Who is seeing the first preview? Whizzer?
Is there an invited dress rehearsal tonight?
Can't wait to hear what the first viewers will say during previews.
Tix4Students has a student ticket offer right now, though I'm sure a separate rush policy will be announced shortly.

I hope there is one just like Rodgers + Hammerstein's Cinderella did back in 2013.
I usually find out about invited dresses by quickly perusing Twitter, and I can't seem to find anything for this show.
After seeing King & I last night, I am way more exciting to see Sher take on another classic than I would be about Fiddler normally...
According to Playbill:
Fiddler on the Roof
General Rush: $37 - a limited number of general rush tickets will be available when the Broadway Theatre box office opens on the day of the performance. Limit 2 per person. Cash or credit. Subject to availability.
Since there is no dress rehearsal invite tonight, I guess we'll wait until tomorrow night when previews officially begin.
Isn't there always an invited dress? I mean I saw the invited dress for Driving Miss Daisy.
The A Little Night Music revival did not have an invited dress.
There was a small invited dress and . . . Wow.
I would rather not because I'm bias and much more interested in what you all think about it. I just commented because I'm very moved by the production. I'm going to watch this thread from the sidelines. As long as I can, anyway.
PianoMann, thank you for posting that information! I'm glad it's a general rush.

No problem! I'm excited they announced a rush policy, and I'm going to try to check it out this weekend myself!
Tonight's the night, so who's going to the first preview tonight?
I want to hear people's reactions as well. I did some work for this production for the nightmare.
A friend got rush tickets this morning. She said the line was fairly short (Under 10 people), but that the majority were given partial view in the rear mezz. She got full-view in the same area.
Well, there are only 8 seats available yet for tonight, so that makes sense.

Rear mezz? ugh. I would like to see this production but the rear mezz at the Broadway is so far away...
sethleaf2, you are biased, not bias. Bias is a noun.
Back to school sethleaf2--Headmistress has spoken !
I'll be there on 12/2 and will happily report back.
I'm very excited about it, and have been hearing wonderful reports from someone I know who is involved with the production.
