I called up the link on my phone and signed in with the same code. I was successful on that! So I did have two devices going at once."
I've generally had the same experience with TM so it's strange that they said to use a laptop/desktop. I normally use multiple options at once but have never had to do this verified fan thing.
Hey guys, I got a code for the window at 11am , but their stupid error made all the previews look sold out at that time, so I went for mid May. I just realized they fixed the error, and most of the previews are green now. I would really really really appreciate if anyone can sell me ONE preview ticket, preferably Mar. 24. I don't mind the price, as long as the seat is decent(not too far left or right). Of course I will pay extra for all your trouble. Please PM me if you got anything!
Are there any psychiatrists on this thread? Starting to worry about myself because I can't stop reading this stuff and am just sitting here waiting/hoping for a standby code like a crazy person. Every time I get a text I jump. Literally can't focus on anything else. There must be some diagnosis for this. What. Is. Happening.
If you have a code and are still trying, don't despair. I had a noon time code and at first it appeared the $20/40 seats were sold out clear through November. I just kept trying and trying and maybe some seats were released from people's carts, but I was able to snag three $20 seats on April 4th, so it is possible.
Yes, this was an extremely stressful and irritating process. I wasted over an hour searching the same section over and over, but it did yield results.
Marie: Don't be in such a hurry about that pretty little chippy in Frisco.
Tony: Eh, she's a no chip!
Sorry to hear others are having such difficulty. I was able to get 3 of the $40 seats in the balcony together for a Thursday/Friday in May this morning. I suspect they've held back a lot of seats for general onsale, as a few dates were showing no seats in that price bracket at 11:10 and it's extremely unlikely they actually sold out that quickly.

Literally me. Thankfully I have the day off and not much to do, but I am constantly checking this thread, refreshing my email and Facebook etc.
I'm on standby and looking for two tickets, $130 and under hopefully, for any time during the spring or summer. Just figured I'd throw it out there in case anyone has any extra or is able to hook me up in any way. THANKS for all the updates from everyone working on getting tickets today!
Thanks to the amazing ashleyjenna letting me have her code, I was able to get a ticket! Worried about it not working since it's not connected to my account, but we shall see!

Glad I'm not alone! I'm not even some big HP fan - I'm just a theater lover getting caught up in the hype. Doesn't help that I literally have 2-3 days all year to see this, so obviously that's adding to the stress. But I feel like something is very, very wrong with me!!
I understand wanting to try and curb scalpers but at what price? So, I can't print my tickets or have hard tickets mailed to me. I can only use mobile entry which will not be available until 3 days before the performance or pick them up under the name of the credit card purchaser.
So much for being able to give them away as a gift. The tickets are not able to be transferred.

I used a friend's code this morning with no issue.
Tried for over an hour but kept getting only $199 option. Finally relented for two seats in the summer, and the darn thing wouldn't work! It said "there was a problem with your order. Check email and if no confirmation, try again."
Meanwhile, NO confirmation in email and WILL NOT ALLOW MY ACCESS CODE to go through, says it's already BEEN USED??!!!!!!
GGRRRR. Like I have an hour to spend holding for Ticketmaster after an hour plus on trying to purchase?

Same here! I’m a basket case!
If there is any gracious soul out there not using their code can I please please have it? I would be eternally grateful!

Thanks all! I opted for Row V seat 31 over Row N seat 31. It wad $165 vs $199 and after fees, it was nearly $75 more. So this may offer the better overall view.
I made it to the payment screen used my card on file (I updated all info last night). When I clicked purchase it just said there is a problem. I kept clicking, entered a different card manually clicked a few time. Then last click it went back to main screen to select price point. I assume my session timed out went through process and once selected it says code has been used. No email confirmation, nothing on ticketmaster account, and of course TM number is just busy signal.
Can anyone else report the same?"
This exact same thing happened to me for Wednesday, May 2. I had seats secured in my cart, but then got the error message when I went to purchase. My card has been charged the full amount (and I called my credit card company to confirm this), but I did not get a confirmation email from Ticketmaster and nothing is showing up in my ticketmaster account. I unfortunately have to assume that I didn't get them and that my card will eventually be refunded, but I will try to call Ticketmaster later to confirm (busy signal right now when I try to call customer service). Very upset with this process."
I spoke to ticket master a second time and it turned out that this has been happening a lot and that I did buy tickets and they sent me a confirmation.
rwlevin, I had the same thing happen to me that my credit card got charged but there are no tickets in my account. What number did you call? I tried calling customer service but I couldn't figure out how to actually talk to a human being. The automated system wanted an order number, which I don't have.
