In no particular order for BORING musicals - naturally this all subjective
West Side Story (awful touring production that played the Pantages a few years ago) A Catered Affair - some poignant moments but couldn't connect to this show Titanic The Scarlet Pimpernel Parade - saw this twice. 1st time at Lincoln Center second time the Donmar production (although it tried to be entertaining) Smokey Joes Cafe Candide Contact Movin Out - and I'm a huge Billy Joel fan Showboat
Ghost The Musical, not sure if it was boring or just awful!
Well I didn't want to get into it, but he's a Satanist.
Every full moon he sacrifices 4 puppies to the Dark Lord and smears their blood on his paino.
This should help you understand the score for Wicked a little bit more.

Les Miserables Sunset Boulevard (and this is really telling, cause I'm a huge fan of the movie) Titanic Company Chitty Chitty Bang Bang Aida
"You drank a charm to kill John Proctor's wife! You drank a charm to kill Goody Proctor!" - Betty Parris to Abigail Williams in Arthur Miller's The Crucible
It sure is different strokes for different folks. I have to admit I want to huff and puff and say "YOU'RE KIDDING!" to see shows I love on the list (Gypsy (!!!) Follies, Lion King, Company, A Little Night Music ( but then I wasn't wild about the revival - but oh, the original!). But of course what bored me captivated others
My list of sleep inducers: Cats, Evita, Light in the Piazza, Movin' Out
Not a musical but.. War Horse. Between the drawn-out story and the excessive use of gun shots (it was a war, I get it, but half the show was spent with the audience either laughing in embarrassment of jumping at a gun shot or being on edge, awaiting the next)
I found Once quite boring too. The story really could have been told in 90 mins.
So happy some people thought "Lion King" was boring. During the second act, I just kept thinking, "So kill Scar already!". At least now I don't feel that I am a total crank.
Baby It's You (I got free tickets and still wanted my money back) Scandalous (thus far, the only show I fell asleep during any portion of) Jesus Christ Superstar (an overblown spectacle of a story everyone knows)

I fell asleep during "Baby It's You". "A Catered Affair" was really boring (I know why there was no intermission-to ensure everyone stayed. That was the longest 90 minute show I've ever seen.) I wasn't taken with "Movin' Out" either.
Les Mis is SOOOOOOOOOO boring Lion King Peter and the Starcatcher ( I know its a play) Phantom A Gentalmans Guide Once Kinky Boots Godspell is kind of boing
