It says:
Tickets are now available to Maker and Builder 3 members. Tickets will be available to:
Builder 1 – 2 members TUE, JUL 18 at noon EST
Mover members WED, JUL 19 at noon EST
General public THU, JUL 20 at noon EST
Should it say 2pm for Builder 1-2? Is this yet another mistake with the membership??/ Getting worried haha.

I'm now confused, should Builder 1 have access yet? Or are all of you Maker/Builder 3? (because of the error of the noon thing/2pm thing with Builder 1 now it's confusing).

surprisingly easy! Was able to grab tickets at 11:57. There is a 'members presale' text that is up by the show title just to the right.
Prime center seats are held back/sold which feels standard.

Level 1 & 2 starts at 2pm

If this is crashing now, god help us then at 2pm. This is worse than the 'Old Friends' in London ticket pre-sale and I thought that was bad - they need to implement a queuing system so not to overload their systems. Is this the first time they have done this???

The whole thing wasn't exactly user friendly. I was able to purchase tickets at 11:57am but site even then was slooooow. Looked like all middle seats were already gone (mid nov) but was able to snag a pair.
Good Luck to All in what is theater/s version of The Hunger Games.

Didn't grab an image, but it's definitely a thrust. Three seating sections arranged traditionally and then one on either side of the thrust
