Are many of you suggesting we sign out and go back in? I'm concerned about getting into another crazy long queue. But I've been stuck in Loading for almost 20 minutes
I set up 3 windows for the queue at 2pm, one each signed in on Firefox and Chrome, and one in icognito in Chrome. The respective queue times I was assigned were 54 minutes, 20 minutes and 15 minutes. I don't know if that was a coincidence or not, but sure enough, I got in via the icognito window first, at about 2:16.
I was able to purchase 3 tickets for 11/16, and other than the center front rows, which are clearly blocked off, it looked like a lot of availability. One thing to note is that it's not really clear which seats are in what zone -- you basically have to click on the seats, or select your price range to see what's in them. There's no overall map of the zones that I could see.
I was *not* able to purchase any other tickets -- including by logging off and back on. I'm wondering if that's because as a Builder 1 member, I only get a discount on 2 tickets (I was able to buy 3, but the third was full price). And maybe the Builder 3 people who were able to buy more tickets were able to do so because at that level they get multiple seat discounts. (To be clear, I'm not upset about not being able to buy more tickets, I was mostly curious.)
This my first post on this board and I wanted to say thanks to y'all for being awesome. Your tips also helped me get Merrily tickets awhile back and since I'm only going to be in NYC for one week, I'm utterly thrilled.
ETA: Huh, so an hour later, I was able to log on again and get 2 more tickets. So maybe they were limiting people to one ticket order initially but lifted it when things calmed down? Two tickets for Sat night 11/18 -- still lots of seats available.
Finally a seat map has been published! By my quick count, there appears to be 529 seats. Not sure if you'll need to queue to get here though. Still no performances showing up when you go to calendar.

Yes. It worked for me. It’s scary, I know. Good luck!
I got booted out and had to re-sign in. Now another 30 minute wait! I'm glad others are succeeding, but this is just "succ'ing" for me. Fingers crossed and waiting more again!
I was spinning on the Loading page for a while. Logged in on my other laptop and got right in and purchased the tix for the date I wanted. Lots of availability so nobody panic - you will get them.
So yes, I recommend logging in again!
This system was a mess - we have been taken out behind the proverbial wood SHED, I guess.
Thanks to all for the new window advice. Was able to get in. There’s still a ton of availability, thankfully, but it’s definitely going fast! Going in November and can’t wait.

I'm a Builder 1 member and will only be in New York October 12-16 so my choices were limited. I got in on my phone right at 2PM, but every time I tried to pick my own seats (2) I got a message that they were already taken. Finally in desperation I chose Best Available and I got third row center on October 15th. Whew, I'm happy but it was stressful!

Hmmmm, this link somehow got me into the queue for tickets....? I'm not sure if it would let me buy them after waiting (13 minutes) but that's....odd."
The whole website is queued. When you get through if you aren't in the group eligible to buy tickets it will ask if you want to upgrade
I'm back in after 25 minutes and still getting the Loading window. Am I doing something wrong? I'm trying on both Safari and Firefox. Does that darn blue thing ever load?
Perhaps it’s your browser cache or cookies? Or maybe you have something set that won’t allow a pop up window. I suggest calling The Shed at this point.
Thank you for answering. There's only voicemail at the Shed. I'm on my iPad and laptop and I get pop ups. I decided to log on through Chrome and voila - I got right in and got to the ticketing selection page and got my ticket - finally! Thanks for the communal chat. "Merrily" and "Here We Are" here we come!
To those who are Mover Members or waiting for the general public on-sale Thursday (and really, for $10 just become a Mover Member), rest assured that there are plenty of good seats still available. I got tickets for the final weekend in January, and for that whole week plus several earlier random dates that I checked, the premium seats are heavily sold (though not entirely), but the rest of the house is looking pretty light. And almost all of the $129 seats still seem to be available.
Just bought my ticket using my friend's membership, and there is generally a ton of availability. An FYI for the budget-conscious, the last 2 rows (GG and HH) on the sides of the thrust are $129, a big drop from $229 for the rows directly in front of them. Was able to get one on the outer aisle closest to the main seating for the day before opening, and I'm very glad I don't have to deal with the madness tomorrow.
Also, as they did with Straight Line Crazy, it looks like they're doing dynamic pricing with this show, as well. My friend said that front row center, which was $229 originally, is now up to $297 for the same date.
Correction: $297 is the member price, so $229 went up to $349.

I have a feeling that the vast majority of people paying $100+ to support The Shed aren't then going to buy the cheapest tickets. I imagine many more people (including myself) who are Movers will though.
I think it's fair to say that this will probably not sell out this week. However, like with Merrily's cheapest seats (on Broadway), I'd expect that the Zone 6 seats will go fast tomorrow and Thursday!

I strongly suspect you’re right. People who pay $1,000 or even $100 are more likely to seek out the expensive seats.
Cheapskates like me who just paid $10 today so I can buy a couple of tickets tomorrow are the ones who will go for Zones 5 or 6. I’m still not sure where the zones are.
Also, if anyone is looking today, what is the outlook for mid-October (midweek)?
