Yep just got the same email. I actually think they'll be able to keep this schedule. I wonder where I'll end up now. I had tickets late in the run initially which got moved to October of 21. I am guessing I will end up sometime late spring early summer.

Per the Telecharge Info Page updated on October 8, 2020, while they are refunding the tickets for suspended shows up to May 30, 2021, there is no announcement yet for The Music Man.
Going off your post in the shutdown extension thread Jordan, I wonder how much of the rest of the cast that was previously announced will still be the same.
Text of the email "We have important news about your tickets for THE MUSIC MAN. To ensure the safety of both our audiences and our companies, all Broadway performances of all shows have been suspended through May 30th, 2021. Based on this extended suspension of Broadway performances, THE MUSIC MAN, starring Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster, has been rescheduled. We will now begin performances at the Winter Garden Theatre on Monday, December 20th, 2021, and open on Thursday, February 10th, 2022. We wanted to reassure you that your tickets will, of course, remain valid for the new performance schedule. You will be contacted within the next ten business days with a confirmation of your new booking — plus information regarding next steps should you be unable to attend on your new date. We are eager to accommodate your needs — and bring you to the Winter Garden Theatre and THE MUSIC MAN as soon as it is safe to do so. Please keep safe and healthy — and we look forward to welcoming you to Hugh Jackman and THE MUSIC MAN next year. Thank you, The Music Man on Broadway"
This is much more realistic and I'm glad they've made this change official. Of course, it's still not guaranteed, but I have much more hope that these dates will be able to happen.
I agree, it's good they're being so proactive. While I'm sure there's business reasons behind shifting all the tickets versus doing just giving all refunds, I'm happy they're shifting them since I'm happy with the seats we got (and the prices weren't as high as they probably will be)
It seems like the announcement about the closure until May caught them by surprise, so they'll need a little time to shift the dates. I logged into my telecharge account and it's still showing the old dates. They changed those first last time they delayed it.
My original Oct 21st, 2020 date will now be June 30 2022.
I

even
Literally. My credit card can't do this anymore. It's been a fun ride since the moment I purchased these tix Sept of last year, but I wanna see a show of hands from anyone that would purchase premium front row tickets for a show that was THREE years away. If COVID doesn't kill me, the interest on my card from these tickets will.
Has there been any indication if they will be a window for trying to move dates if our new date given to us does not work well? The date I got it not BAD but I would like something a little later in the spring or early summer then what I was given.
These new dates seem to have been randomly assigned. My original date of Oct 29, 2020 is now Feb 3, 2022. I went from one week after opening to one week before opening. I'm going to request a refund and repurchase tickets somewhere later in time.

That's interesting yours changed. I looked in my account and the "newest" seats/tickets are still the same amount of weeks after previews began (19 weeks) as it was when I first bought them. Same day of the week and seats too. I thought they'd shift everyone's like they did last time, to keep it simpler. Last time they postponed they had that page with the new days next to the old show. I haven't seen that yet this time. I did get a refund on different tickets that I'd bought for family to see Music Man over the 2020 holidays, so I can't see if that changed weeks or is the same

Why would the date of the actual performance affect the amount of interest you pay? You'll only be paying interest until you pay off the balance of the tickets, right?
I emailed Telecharge, and this is the reply I received:
"Thank you for reaching out about your tickets for The Music Man. We’re working with the show to update the schedule, and we should have more info for you in the coming days (including how to change your date or request a refund). If you checked your order on Telecharge, you might have seen a new performance date. That might end up being the right date, but we can’t confirm it just yet.
Please keep an eye on your inbox for a follow-up email from us about your tickets. In the meantime, we appreciate your patience."
I really hope it will be possible to move the tickets. Last time I was going to be charged an additional 90 dollars per ticket to move them so I decided not to. Now that my seats have been moved to the middle of the winter I want to move them. Hopefully I will know by the deadline to change them when Company, Take Me Out and Birthday Candles are starting because I want to see everything during on trip to New York.
Didn’t they initially announce this revival 15 months in advance? Lmao

Yeah, my original date was 10/24/20, 9 days after opening. Then I got shifted to 5/15/21, 5 days before opening. I figured, hey, not much will change in that last handful of previews, and almost certainly Hugh and Sutton will both be in the final preview weekend. And now, if the new date holds, I'll be at 1/29/22, 12 days before opening. Pretty disheartening that I'll have to trek 700 miles in midwinter (if I can even get there - watch a snowstorm ground my plane) to use the $400 in tickets that I bought almost 2.5 years in advance, for the second to last weekend of previews. But then, we'll see. Might get shifted again. Might get cancelled completely. Doesn't really do much good to worry about it now.
But yeah. It stinks that they keep extending the preview period (first 5 weeks, then 6, now 7), and, instead of just putting the extra previews on sale at a later date, they just take post-opening tickets and move them to the preview period. If they are going to do that they absolutely should allow even exchanges and not up-charge the people who want to move dates.
I got tickets at the box office and got the email they sent last time about the change and the new date but not this time. Did anyone else who bought at box office get the enail?
Just think it’s weird they wouldn’t address us all in any press or have any update into links on their site or social media. Am I crazy to think that.
Ours were moved from a holiday weekend originally to a non-holiday weekend, so we called and they moved us to a holiday when we will be in NYC
Now they moved us again to a week before a holiday weekend. I'll call them on Monday and hopefully they will move us to the holiday again. We've got the cheapest seats in the house ($99) so hoping we can get those again
