Patti seemed genuinely moved and even nervous. It was interesting and lovely to see her appear to vulnerable.

Well, half hour in, that performance by the cast of The Music Man makes me glad I didn't get a ticket (I guess Jackman couldn't resist mucking for the camera) and that performance by the cast of MJ makes me want to get a ticket ASAP.

That was also the least energetic performance I've seen her give. Too much to do a rehearsal, a show, then the Tonys.
