Knowing that not everyone has the opportunities to see shows over and over again, I want to make it clear that I don't want this thread to become a place to brag. I'm just genuinely curious.
I also want to limit this number to shows you actually bought/were given tickets to and then sat in the audience.
All that being said, I've seen Come From Away 12 times.

It's fairly well known here that I'm "the man in red" who has seen HELLO, DOLLY! 94 times since 1964.

The most times I’ve seen a show is 4 times. I’ll never pass up a chance to take someone to The Book of Mormon.
Most I’ve seen is Spongebob which was 15 times.
I saw American Psycho 4 times.
Stand-by Joined: 7/5/18
Phantom of the Opera, 4 times.
I've been trying to limit myself to once per Phantom, but Ben Crawford's performance and Eryn LeCroy about to join as Christine (adored her in Sweeney) is making me want to break my rule.
Wicked - 5 times (all on tour in Tulsa - twice in 2009, three times in 2018).

I’ve seen “Hello, Dolly!” four times: once each with Bernadette and Bette, and twice with Betty. Of all the shows I’ve seen, this is the only one I’ve ever repeated.

For me, it's a tie. I've seen Parade, Ragtime, Legally Blonde, My Fair Lady, Sweeney Todd, Evita, and A Christmas Carol five times each, usually in different productions (in the case of Legally Blonde, the only reason I've seen it this much is because I have had to support numerous friends performing in productions).
Gypsy, Next to Normal, Merrily We Roll Along, The Glass Menagerie, and Measure for Measure are all close behind with four productions each.
Hedwig and the Angry Inch 17 times (always entered the rush lottery every day after work).
SpongeBob -33 (No regrets.)
The ones right behind it:
Cabaret (1998 revival) - 6
Hamilton and Twelfth Night (2013 - also saw it in London 3x in 10 yrs) - 5
American Psycho and The Color Purple revival - 4
AP might have been up there in competition with SB had it not closed.
THE WIZ (With Stephanie Mills), Dorian: The Musical (In Denver with Matt Cavenaugh) and WICKED (OBC and 2 touring productions) 3 times each.
Honorable mention is URINETOWN which I saw twice in two days.

How does one see a show 33 times without getting bored? Do you focus on new things each time?

Are any of you guys ushers, I've seen wicked 30 times because i volunteered at the theater i was at, unless you're not counting ushering as a time watching the show
its not even my favorite show, it was just in Houston for a month and a half
On March 17, 2011, I saw "Chicago" for the first time ever, on Broadway. Since then, I have seen the show a total of 22 times (11 on tour and 11 on Broadway). I'm seeing it on Dec. 21, 2018 and then later on tour on its last stop in Houston (June 2019).
I’m also curious about the effect of seeing a show repeatedly, especially within a certain amount of time. I actually sorta regret seeing wicked these last three times within the space of a week (including twice in one day). I admit I’m a bit burned out on it right now.
I have also seen Hamilton three times - once on Broadway in 2015 and twice in Chicago while there for work (11/17 & 7/1. I have loved it each time, but I admit I had a much more emotional response to it in November than I did in July.
I’ve seen other shows twice but years apart (The Book of Mormon - Broadway in 2012 and on tour in OKC this year) (Rent - first tour through Tulsa over 10 years ago then on tour this year) (Avenue Q on tour several years ago then again at a college production in Nebraska this year). This wasn’t problematic because enough time had elapsed between my initial experience of the show so I was able to rediscover the show in a way and in some cases appreciate it even more. Oh, I also saw Dolly in November with Bette and again with Bernadette in February, but they brought different takes to the role so it was fresh both times.
I also saw the premier of a production in okc (When We’re Gone) twice in a week, mainly because I liked it enough to see it again and knew I might not have a chance to see it again. I actually liked it even more the second time.
But I think I’ll be more gun-shy about seeing a show repeatedly within a short time again.
I did see a college production of Dogfight (my first time) last Sunday. I loved it and have fallen in love with the OBCR and wanted to see it again. It is probably good that it sold out the rest of its limited run. Lol
Rent, 8 times. 3 times when I was a student in high school, then another 5 times chaperoning field trips with the various drama clubs I worked with until the show closed.
On my own, Spelling Bee. 5 times. I saw it once off-Broadway, than four more times on Broadway throughout the run. I loved the show and the lottery was pretty easy to win.

Several twice mostly on tour. Though tbh I confess to going to Wicked because it was playing for such a long time on tour that I really just wanted to go see a theatre show and it happened to be the one playing and it would be too long to wait for the next one haha. Jersey Boys is one of the favs, and I'm still impressed a managed to get tickets to Book of Mormon so easily
