Not to mention, that because of politics and drama...Daniel Davis' true performance on stage in LA CAGE AUX FOLLES was overlooked and did not recieve a nod for his stunning turn as Georges.

As far as Julie Andrews is concerned, I had no idea she's never won a Tony - I just sort of... assumed she had at least one. But, considering that she can't sing much anymore, it's a longshot in the future, no?
Hahaha, I'm so happy someone hasn't said Adam Pascal. Oh good God, get over yourself. Is it *funny* that you hate him so much? Couldn't let it rest, had to go there, right? I don't think he'll ever win a Tony - but really, honey, it gets OLD.
I think if Adam will have more chances in the future for a Tony nom.
He did show interest in Billy Flynn in CHICAGO. Though that has nothing to do with being nominated for a Tony. I think he would be innovative and different in the role. But based on the new replacements the Weissler's are getting - it seems they are going back to getting "older Billy's" for the role.
Nominations, maybe. I don't know if he's ever going to be seen as Tony-winning material, though. I'd love it.
If Nathan Lane hadn't been in the running for the '96 season, he'd have had a shot.
As for the interest in Billy Flynn, I think that would be... interesting, to say the least. I mean, he surprised us all in Cabaret, and Billy's got to be far less challenging, anyway. It would be a different spin, but he's certainly got the sexy charm to put into it - always works in his favor. He'll just have to... forgo the tap-dancing, heh.
Still - he's got to *originate* a good role and kick ass doing it to get another Tony nod. He's young; it could happen, but I won't go so far as to say it's overdue, as much as I love him.
Christian Borle and Gregory Jbara should have been nominated. David Yazbek should have won for DRS.

You must remember all the same that at the crux of every game is knowing when it's time to leave the table... And it's important to be artful in your exit. No turning back, you must accept the con is done... It was a ball, it was a blast. And it's a shame it couldn't last. But every chapter has to end, you must agree. ~Dirty Rotten Scoundrels~

It's been said a LOT but Hunter Foster definitly, and John T and Raul all of whom whom sadly were up against Hugh Jackman in 2004 so didn't have much of a chance
Oh and also Stephanie J Block and not in the too distant future I'd bet :)

Didn't Julie Andrews refuse her Tony nomination for V/V when it was the only person associated with that show that got a nomination? V/V didn't even get a Best Musical nomination, losing out to shows such as Swinging on a Star, and Chronicle of a Death Foretold. V/V would probably have lost to Rent anyway, but to not even be nominated?
(and don't get me started on Big that year, either...)

Julie Andrews was the only nomination from Victor Victoria but she tried to refuse her nomination because she felt the show deserved more nominations. She was stil nominated, but didnt win. I have heard a lot of people say that she would of won over Donna Murphy that year if she hadnt tried to refuse the nomination.
Emcee-While there probably isnt a chance of her winning a Tony for a musical, maybe there is a chance of her doing a straight play.
Bernadette Peters ~ i knwo she has two but i am still pissed about her not winning for Gypsy...... i wish you could personalyl take someones tony and give it to the people who deserved them.....lol then i would eb givign two people back their tonys
RACHEL YORK ~ I can't believe she wasn't nominated for Norma from V/V, but she should have been the original Kate in Kiss Me Kate!
