Broomstick Boy, http://www.kissmekate.co.uk/. Thats him on the main page. Go into the gallery and he's in the fourth & fifth pic on the top row, and the fouth pic on the bottom row. Also if you've seen the movie AI; during the Flesh Fair scene, he was like the guy in charge of the event, his "daughter" discovers David (the boy/robot).
