I adore Michelle Williams, but there would need to be some serious changes of keys.
Not sure if there was ever any weight to the Hathaway rumor, but there's no reason she couldn't have her child and do the production in the spring. Amber Gray did the London production of HADESTOWN very soon after giving birth.
Uranowitz would be a FABULOUS Jamie.

Can you confirm anything about them? Did they go with a Broadway name or a movie star?

I haven't followed this production closely enough to remember what roles had been gender-swapped, so I'm a little sad that Amy is one of them, as lately I've been imagining both Kaitlin Olson or Riki Lindhome in that role. They both have the right blend of neuroticism and charisma to really nail it (though I'm sure neither would have been on casting's radar even if the role still was Amy).
I am guessing Cynthia Erivo or Jessie Mueller for Bobbie.

Both Broadway names. Bobbie has a Tony Award and won it in the last five years. Jamie was last on Broadway in 2014 but has done a lot of off-broadway/regional and TV/film since then.

Katrina Lenk? I don't know how right she is for it but ugh, I already need her back on Broadway.

The Stephanie J Block thing is just a rumor - her name was tossed around but no offer went out and she never auditioned. Basically every actress on Broadway has had their name in the mix but it is mostly just discussions. Marianne Elliot is in town for auditions looking for Bobbie's but it sounds like they didn't find anyone so don't be surprised if it is Rosalie."
Rosalie has already been told she isn’t doing it. Patti and Jonathan Bailey are the only ones from London doing broadway.

Annaleigh Ashford? Renee Elise Goldsberry? Lindsay Mendez? Did we mention them yet?

Based on those hints, Jessie Mueller and Jay Armstrong Johnson would be my guesses (both I think would be great choices)

Jay Armdtrong Johnson is currently in Phantom so it won't be him. My initial guess is NPH but I doubt it's true.

Jay Armstrong Johnson is currently playing Raoul in PHANTOM (though maybe the hint-provider missed that since it wouldn't be chronological on IBDB).

He was my first thought too. Unless they mean he hasn't originated a role since 2014.
Here is the list of Actress in a Musical winners from both categories over the last 5 years...
My serious guess would be either Erivo or Renee Elise Goldsberry...but..
Am I the only one hoping Bobbie will be played by Bette Midler?!?
Best Supporting Actress:
19: Ali Stroker
18: Lindsay Mendez
17: Rachel Bay Jones
16: Renee Elise Goldsberry
15: Ruthie Ann Miles
14: Lena Hall
Leading Actress:
19: Stephanie J Block

*edited to include the 2014 winners, in case the OP meant calendar year last 5 years, not Tony Awards L5Y*
Bette would be a fantastic Joanne.

Clearly Jane Houdyshell is playing Bobbie. I mean, she already played a 9 year old only ten years ago in Coraline, so a 35 year old will be a walk in the park for her.

I would think Mendez and Miles' participation in CBS' upcoming ALL RISE rules them out. Possibly the same thing with Goldsberry and Netflix's ALTERED CARBON.
Out of this group, Ruthie Ann Miles would be my pick!

I don’t know about regional theatre and TV/film necessarily, but here are some male actors who were last on Broadway in 2014:
Colin Donnell (last on Broadway in Violet)
Jake Epstein (last on Broadway in Beautiful)
Anthony Rapp (last in If/Then)
Bill Heck (Cabaret)
Alex Sharp (Curious incident) - can he sing? Maybe too young
Ryan Silverman (Side Show)
Zach Braff was last in Bullets Over Broadway in 2014, but he’s more of a TV/film name.
If we’re assuming that information is accurate add my name in support of Lena Hall for Bobbie. 👌

Taking age into consideration, Ali Stoker, Lindsay Mendez, Katrina Lenk, Jessie Mueller, and Celia Keenan-Bolger seem the most likely of the Tony Winners for Bobbie
You know..Renee Elise Goldsberry is the Bobbie I never knew I needed. I kinda like that idea.
