HARDBODY MUSICAL. HARDBODY MUSICAL. HARDBODY MUSICAL.
I heard he ate pop rocks and soda and well, you know...
He's getting some attention because of it but I can't say it's the right kind.
Bet he wishes there was a movie star in the cast now.
As my Mama always told me, "It's better to stay silent and be thought a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt."
Now, thanks to Twitter, it's not even necessary to open your mouth.
"Bet he wishes there was a movie star in the cast now."
I think someone should tweet that to him!
"Oscar and Tony-award winning actress Catherine Zeta-Jones was going to see Hardbody, but then she remembered that Hunter Foster is an ass"
I bet if they stunt cast Jen Cody, ticket sales will pick up.
I heard she got stepped on by a toddler and was crushed.

"Coming to NYC and not getting tickets for @HardbodyMusical is like going to the video store and not getting a Nick Cage movie #badanalogy"
So a sign of good taste?
"Coming to NYC and not getting tickets for @HardbodyMusical is like going to Wall Street and not buying stock in Facebook #smartdecision
"Shut up, he thinks he's witty."
"Amanda Knox to face new trial in Italy, but is hoping she'll be acquitted quickly. She has tickets for @HardbodyMusical in May."
Does he really think this is funny? Or most of the other tweets really but that one caught my eye, seems a bit tasteless to be honest.

My favorite is the one where he promises to sing The Ladies Who Lunch at the stage door if you come see the show.
He's jumping the shark but probably figures he's got nothing to lose. Some of them are pretty funny actually.
Post show @HardbodyMusical events coming up: live cage fighting between Patti LuPone and audience members who took pictures during the show
Do you think the cast got notice that the show is in trouble and may close, so he is doing this out of anger/frustration?
I can't believe Keith Carradine isn't selling tickets.
I feel terrible because I really enjoyed the show but the advertising campaign has devolved into a sad Twitter meltdown. If you don't have the budget to actually advertise a show in a meaningful way, why bring it to Broadway? Do they make that much money on licensing that they can afford the loss if the show bombs like a Lysistrata Jones?

I don't think anybody has to tell the cast the show is in trouble, they have eyes and could see the size of the houses they were playing to. They also know when the house is being papered, as the cast is usually the first ones to hear "we have extra comps available for the following performances, get names to company management."
I know the guy is a bit of a d**k, i had a lot of PM conversations with him on FB about his daft Tony campaign, but i see nothing wrong here, he is going all out to promote his show. I encourage my cast members to use social media to promote the shows.
Everyone now hates Hunter Foster? When did this happen? I didn't get the memo. Is Sutton still in vogue?

When he and Jen Cody decided to punish Scarlet Johannson's Tony win over Jan Maxwell by starting a Facebook campaign stating movie stars are basically unwelcome in the Broadway family...
That was hilarious and sad.
