Maybe Jewelle isn’t leaving Hadestown on the 25th like previously reported?
Wording on her IG post is vague - she’ll be out of the show June 26- July 3. Sounds like she’ll be returning.

Is there any speculation if Reeve Carney will ever leave this show? I've always wanted to see it but I just really don't like Reeve as a performer.

Kind of shocked that I’ve seen zero discussion on here about Kim Steele/Moore filing a lawsuit against the production for what she claims was racial discrimination.

Hey, Mods - it’s kind of wild that this site will report on something but people aren’t allowed to discuss it (why bother reporting the news in the first place?) or the fact that you refuse to be transparent about anything. Deleting threads and comments should come with some sort of disclaimer, explanation, something. Anything. Or this another PM situation?

I'm right there with you. Normally one performer wouldn't be such an issue but he is at the center of the whole show. I so wish they'd hung onto Damon for Broadway.

So all of the leads are leaving in August except for Reeve?

A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.

Rachel would be a terrific Eurydice...better than Evita, methinks. I'd even sit through Reeve again. (And I thought Eva was great.)

 

 

If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.
