Inspired lunacy! The energy from the cast was incredible. I often find plays like this a bit tedious after awhile; however, that really was not the case last night. The scene at Ford's Theatre was pure gold, and the final scene was very funny, albeit a bit too long.
The cast was uniformly excellent. I particularly liked Tom Macht.
Peter Smith is making their debut as Mary's Teacher tonight.

Odds are 2:1 that the source is them talking out of their posterior.
Meanwhile, I was at the stage door the other night and one of the performers (I don’t want to specify which one) made a very STRONG hint that November 10th is likely not going to be the end, but the details are still being finalized. (Prompted when I mentioned I had purchased tickets for that night).

IT is absurd not to assume that it will be extended. It is selling out every performance and a number of future performances are sold out, a rarity these days. I would imagine that its grosses could drp considerably and that it would still be turning a profit. I am expecting this to run at least a year.
Are there any reliable rumors about another extension for this? About to book my trip, and am thinking of moving stuff up a week to catch this, but would rather wait and use my original dates if possible. I
The rumor is they want to extend it well into 2025. Cole may have to take a hiatus for another project and they'll need to replace them for the time they're out.

Substitute any ethnic group for the word Jewish and see how that sounds
I saw this last night and while I thought Cole was extraordinary I did t think this lived up to the hype. There were some very funny lines, but otherwise…I guess I found it dull until the last 15 minutes. I’m clearly in the minority here but was wondering if anyone else thought it was overrated.

It seems they are allowed to say whatever they want. I am surprised that others on here seem to be coming to their defense.
