"Some things are meant to be" from Little Women.
"Some things are meant to be, the clouds moving fast and free, the sun on a silver sea, a sky that's bright and blue. And some things will never die, the thrill of our magic ride, the love that I feel in side for you...
all my life I've lived for loving you,
let me go now..."
ahhh so sad.

I'm really surprised that no one has said the title song from "Children of Eden"...it's so sad!

Hmmm, the Merrily song that everyone keeps picking is Not a Days Go By, but I have to pick "Our Time". In the context of the show, that is possibly the most heartbreaking song I've ever heard.
This next one may seem odd since it's from a really funny show, but "Finale: I Imagine You're Upset" from Bat Boy, realy gets me sometimes (it might stem from my refusal to see the show as anything but an authentic greek tragedy).
then there are the "oh, of course" songs.
Elaborate Lives, I know the Truth from Aida.
For Good from Wicked.
"A Little fall of rain," Empty Chairs at Empty Tables from Les Mis
Now i have to ask myself, What part of Miss Saigon doesn't make me weep like a hungry infant?
there are many others, but i can't list them all.
did i mention im an emotional wreck?
No, you didn't ZONEACE, but I naturally assumed as much.
Did I mention how much I love this thread?

"Someday You Might Love Me" - Zanna, Don't!
"I'll Cover You (reprise)" - Rent

"Once Before I Go" - Boy from Oz
& at the end of Phantom (Hugh) when Christine comes back to give him the ring & he's singing quietly "Christine I love you..." - OMG, that part kills me every time.
A song that made me cry during a show was the I'll Cover You reprise in the 2nd act of Rent.
At times...it will still move me to tears.
Another song that gives me the "knot in the throat" feeling is Finishing the Hat from Sunday in the Park with George. And then I'm completely moved to tears on the next tract, We Do Not Belong Together.
Then I skip ahead to Children and Art where it preps me for Move On and Sunday. By the end, I'm crying.

Memory
Too Much in Love to Care
Younger than Springtime.

"I'll give my life for you" from Miss Saigon
The very last song at the end of The Phantom of The Opera.
Empty Chairs at Empty Tables-Les Mis
Anything but Lonely-Aspects of Love
A Little Fall of Rain-Les Mis.
A world without you-Children of Eden
Honestly depends on what mood I'm in, if I'm in a certain mood, a song that would normally not phase me that much could have me bawling. :-P On a fairly regular basis though, I'll Cover You: Reprise tends to get me fairly consistently though.
