This article suggests WAITRESS may film this fall and says in its original home at the Brook Atkinson Theatre. But SIX hasn't even opened yet and is slated to be there. Anyone know?
I don't think contracts were signed yet, but I'm not sure it's going into the Brooks Atkinson. I believe they're only doing this to film the show with Sara.

The Marquis is the only Nederlander house on this list. The only ones that make sense for the fall are the Nederlander, the Marquis, and, possibly, the Neil Simon.
Honestly, throw it in the Marquis. Sara Bareilles' name alone will likely sell it out for a few weeks, and there's plenty of space for filming all around. It would debatably be the most useful the Marquis has ever been!
Oh I highly doubt Six would leave! I think it's one of the most anticipated shows coming back AND it was about to open when Broadway shut down. So I do not think it's going anywhere.
Speculation, but if they're doing names might Jason Mraz do it again even though he was terrible?
A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.
I didn't realize people thought Jason Mraz was terrible. Is that a widely-held belief? I saw 3 Pommaters, and I thought he was the best. Though he was followed closely by Gehling, with Chris Diamantopolis in a distant 3rd. In general, I thought Jason Mraz, Sara Bareilles, and John Cullum all out-acted their OBC counterparts for exactly the same reason: less is more. All 3 of them showed restraint in their characterizations, and ended up giving less cartoonish, more grounded, believable, performances than the people they replaced.

Yes. Beetlejuice and this limited engagement WAITRESS will both play the Marquis this holiday season in rep. Alex Brightman will play Beetlejiuce & Ogie while Bareilles will play Lidia and Jenna.

Wouldn't have to go into a Nederlander house. The Weisslers have worked with all 3 major theatre owners.
Barrymore, August Wilson, Nederlander, or Marquis seem the most likely in that order.
Do we know what's circling the Nederlander? Britney Spears? Billy Crystal's Mr. Saturday Night? It was said Lehman Trilogy had to vacate the Nederlander for another tenant that had already booked it.
Joey McIntyre sold tickets. The Blockheads are rabid fans. He’d sell dvds or however they plan to distribute the show.
