So today I got to sing with my good friend Adam Pascal, who's in fine voice. A total pleasure to hear our voices blending again.

Chris has some beautiful ideas for how to open the film now that are quite different from the script. That's all I can say. But if it works it will be a wonderful way to bridge the worlds of theatre and film.

One word is proving to be important in this process, as I knew it would be: collaboration. From all concerned. It's happening, and then some.

Oh, just so you know, among the changes are the possible re-inclusion of some songs. Ponder amongst yourselves which ones those will be. Day Deux

Now I'm off to switch gears *completely* and get swallowed by a plant. Strange to jump into Seymour's skin after spending the day surrounded by Jonathan's music.

The life of a working actor... I am truly blessed.

Take care, all of you --

Anthony, I just wanted to compliment you on how great you sound singing Peace On Earth on Home for the Holidays. I can't do too much for BC/EFA, so I thought I would advertise the CD in my signature.

Yay for news about Adam. Not that I didn't see him two days ago... but good to hear news from the other coast nonetheless.

Thanks, Anthony. But you're going to drive me up the wall wondering about the song changes now... PLEASE tell me Halloween is back.

Ok, question. How on earth do your vocal chords and sanity survive Rent all day and LSOH at night?

I think tea is the answer. Although I could be wrong. Also Mark and Seymour are different characters so sanity is saved. Who knows? I don't.

I think patience(how the hell do you spell that?) is a virtue in this case. We'll just have wait and see what comes out in the end.

How exciting, Anthony :) I can imagine how much fun it is to sing with Adam again. I always like getting together with my friends from high school choir and singing all those choral pieces we did Day Deux

What songs did you guys sing in choir? I hope nothing like "I Believe I Can Fly" or anything like that. Not that there's anything wrong with that song or anything.

guys i think we should refrain from starting a whole new conversation on here... it makes it harder for anthony to weed through all the posts to find the questions... it helps everyone in the long run, cause it's easier for anthony and we get our questions answered...

How surreal that this is ACTUALLY happening. How cool!

Glad to hear that day two went well Anthony. Definately keep us posted!

I'm guess that You'll See Boys is back in the script. That or Halloween.

A total pleasure to hear our voices blending again.

Those two voices blending was definitely one of the high points of the OBC performances. Now that the process have started: have fun, hope all goes well. I haven't done any speculating and won't start now, but I do hope it turns out great, and I wish you all the best. Day Deux Updated On: 12/1/04 at 05:55 AM

Ugh, are you kidding me? I haven't been to this message board in ages, and when I come back we have what...celebrities!!! I'm so excited!

Anthony Rapp, I'm so excited to see you in Little shop, I will be taking a road trip with a number of my friends to pittsburgh since the tour will not be stopping in Cleveland. a little disappointing, but a reason for a road trip. My good friend who's a huge HUGE RENT fan is having us all make shirts...so you will be able to identify. Keep up the good work, so looking forward to it! Day Deux

No, his last stop is in San Diego, December 12.

PS: Was bandying about my pictures and stories about LSOH (saw it a few days ago) and one of my friends recognized Anthony from Adventures in Babysitting. Just thought that was hilarious. :)
