The Phantom of the Opera and Chicago on February 8, 2020. So glad I took that trip instead of waiting for spring break. I hope there is some way I could arrange to be at the first show back at Phantom.
The Minutes. I had won front row tickets to Virigina Woolf for the night of the blackout, kind of sucks, but I won't deny that I was a little nervous to go.
Company on March 2, their first preview. Had a ticket to see Diana on the 9th but switched to the end of March for a better seat. Yesterday I was supposed to see Caroline or Change.
The Inheritance Part 1. I have a ticket for Company on April 18, but I'm sure any decisions to re-open will be handled on a day-by-day basis. (Godspell reference not intentional)
The last show I saw was Hadestown on 2/8/20. Was supposed to see Hadestown, Hangmen, and Beetlejuice by the end of March but now I don’t think I’ll be able to get to see Beetlejuice.
The Book of Mormon back in February. The last musical I saw on stage was Hairspray at Frank Sinatra School for the Arts in Astoria. They live-streamed their final weekend of shows. Great kids!

I saw the last Saturday night show of Phantom on an absolute total whim and now I am so grateful I did. (Even sprung for the souvenir wine cup!) I really hope it comes back after this is all over. It would be such a shame if it did not.
