Tim Howar- He hugged me although I didn't say anything to him, and gave my friend acting/singing tips.
Daphne Rubin-Vega- She personalized my playbill and told me her mother's middle name is my name, and that she was going to name her daughter that, if she had a daughter.
Lisa Yuen- Was just really, really nice after I saw her on for Deborah Craig at Spelling Bee.

Andrew Rannells
Merle Dandridge
Cast of Les Mis
and of course,
<--- Barrett!

Others who have been exceptionally nice were Karmine Alers (at the Cutting Room before the airgo Christmas Show), Norm Lewis (backstage at Les Mis--that guy gives the best hugs!) and Diana DeGarmo (backstage after Hairspray). Most of the Tarzan cast, but especially Josh and Chester.
I have to say though that I do not think I have met anyone yet who was not nice. Maybe not as out and out friendly as some others, but never not nice. Did that make any sense? I'm really tired!

Greg J., I went three times in a row (I saw the show on a Thursday, stopped by on Friday, and went again on Saturday), and he recognized me each time and was so genuine and kind. Jose, I sat next to while I was an audience speller, and he was very friendly and just amicable when we chatted. And Greg J. and I walked home together (for lack of a better term) because we were so caught up in our conversation. What a great guy.

(Chita didn't come out, sadly, but she DID have a show at 6:30 that night. Any ideas where I could send the letter I wrote, since she's out of Philly and the tour's not going to Cleveland till February?)
Obba Babatunde (he was Billy Flynn in Chicago): AMAZING. He really, really cares about the people who wait for the actors at the stage door. He took time to talk with EVERYONE, signed and posed for pictures, and even had a few headshots of himself in the show in case anyone didn't have something to get signed. He was great.
Faith Prince: I had the great privilege of working with her during a holiday concert series here in Philly. So, after the show, I walked over to the table where she and Peter Nero were signing and doing photos to tell them both how much I enjoyed getting to work with them. When the security guard went to take our picture together, my camera decided to stop working. My heart completely dropped. Ms. Prince just said, "Can I see it a minute?" and went along trying to get my camera to work. And whatever she managed to do completely worked. So, I can say that Faith Prince fixed my camera. Both she and Peter Nero signed the Playbill, and she wrote something like "It was great working with you! <3 Faith"
Anthony Rapp: Sweetheartsweetheartsweetheart. He was so happy that everyone showed up to his book signing. He gave my friend a hug, and I was like, "I was GOING to ask you to do the tango picture with me, but that chair looks very, very comfortable, so never mind." And he laughed and said "If you can wait around until everyone else is gone, I will totally take the picture with you." Didn't happen, because my friend's dad made us leave. But still, he was amazing to meet.

And of course, Josh Lamon. He's incredibly generous with his time and kindness.

That said, a few actors standout in my mind for readily staying, starting convos, and being all-around friendly:
John Gallagher
Jon Groff
Lea Michele
Skylar Austin
Lilli Cooper (all after SA, of course)
Michael Cerveris
Manoel Felciano
Alex Gemignani
Donna Lynne Champlin (all after Sweeney)
Patrick Cassidy (after Joseph...)
Kristin Chenoweth (after Apple Tree)
Barrett Foa
Anne Harada
Christian Anderson
Stephanie d'Abruzzo (after Avenue Q)
Adam Pascal (after a gig in Boston)
LaChanze (after Color Purple)
Joey MacIntyre (after Wicked)
...and I wish I could list Raul, but I was utterly speechless after seeing Company. All I could muster was a feeble "thank you so much". I was rather ashamed of myself.
